HourSmart Candidate offers you more than just a tool to make your selection. We have consistently worked to produce work processes and functions that give you a better overview of all your candidates.

The system allows you to share workload with your colleagues. It is easy for you to find all the notes and documents that your colleagues have produced about candidates that they have already met. You will therefore have more candidates to choose from for each assignment, and you will have more up-to-date information about them.

Job adverts

HourSmart works with a number of job sites, which are updated continually, and we contact the job sites that our clients need. All of the adverts are created in HourSmart. You can then choose the job sites where you want the adverts to be published and then send them off with just a few clicks.
Of course there are also modules for you to post your adverts on your own website.

Keeping your database relevant

The CV database should not become a burial place for old CVs, so we have created functions that allow you to keep check on your candidates and keep your CV database up-to-date.
A little planning and maintenance will provide you with an effective CV database that is quick and simple to work with.
